Terms and Conditions – QMB Cleaning Services L.L.C.

1. Service Agreement

By booking any service with QMB Cleaning Services L.L.C., the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a binding contract between the company and the client.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All services must be booked in advance via phone, email, website, or WhatsApp.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full details and acknowledgment from QMB Cleaning Services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit card payments.

• For monthly contracts or long-term bookings, invoices will be issued on a monthly basis.

5. Access to Property

• The client is responsible for providing access to the premises on the scheduled date and time.

• If access is not possible at the agreed time, a missed appointment fee may be charged.

6. Service Limitations

• Our cleaners do not lift heavy furniture, clean external windows at height, or perform any unsafe tasks.

• We do not guarantee removal of all stains, especially those that are permanent or old.

7. Liability

• QMB Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

• Clients are advised to remove valuables or inform us of delicate items before cleaning begins.

• In case of accidental damage caused by our staff, the client must report it within 24 hours.

8. Staff Behavior

• Our staff are trained, professional, and background-checked.

• Any inappropriate behavior from clients towards staff will lead to immediate termination of service.

9. Privacy

• All client information is kept strictly confidential.

• We do not share personal or property details with any third party.

10. Amendments

• QMB Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
